PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making individually packaged rice cake which is constituted to exhibit blowing inhibition effects similar to or more than a side face circumferential direction slit cut rice cake and capable of being eaten deliciously, and a packaged rice cake made by encapsulating a plurality of the individually packaged rice cakes.SOLUTION: An individually packaged rice cake is constituted by encapsulating 2 or 3 cut rice cakes 1 which are small piece rice cake bodies with a flat square shape, having a square shaped big surface part 3 which is a non-cut surface when 2 cut rice cakes having a mounting face mounted on a gridiron during making toasted rice cake and an upper face opposing the mounting face are formed, and a standing side face part 4 which is a cut surface when 4 cut rice cakes, which are formed between the square shaped big surface parts 3, are formed, in an individually packaging bag 2, the cut rice cake 1 encapsulated in the individually packaging bag 2 has a constitution that the square shaped big surface parts 3 are arranged upper and lower, and each square shaped big surface part 3 is laminated in contact with all surfaces removably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】側面周方向スリット切餅と同等、若しくはそれ以上の噴き出し制御効果を発揮するとともに、更に切餅を美味しく食することができるように構成された画期的な個包装餅、及びこの個包装餅を複数個封入して成る包装餅を提供する。【解決手段】焼き餅にする際に焼き網に載置する載置面と該載置面と対向する上面との二つの切餅形成時の非切断面である方形状広大面部3と、この方形状広大面部3間に形成される四つの切餅形成時の切断面である立直側面部4とを有する扁平方形状の小片餅体である切餅1が、個包装袋2内に二枚若しくは三枚封入されて成り、前記個包装袋2内に封入されている前記切餅1は、前記方形状広大面部3が上下に配され、互いの前記方形状広大面部3同士が全面接触するようにして分離自在に積み重ねられている構成とする。【選択図】図1
