This application concerns an adjustable implant (52) comprising a support portion (54), two extension portions (56), and two self-fixating tips (58), one self-fixating tip (58) at an end of each extension portion (56), at least a first self-fixating tip moveably engaged with a first extension portion (56) of the two extension portions (56), and the support portion (54) being moveable to adjust a location of the support portion (54) along the implant (52) between the two self-fixating tips (58). Preferably one of the self-fixating tips (58) includes a tightening buckle (60), wherein the first extension portion (56) is threaded through the tightening buckle (60) and frictionally engages with the tightening buckle (60). Also disclosed is a system for treating a pelvic condition, the system comprising said adjustable implant (52) and a delivery tool (50). Preferably, the distal end of delivery tool (50) further comprises a release mechanism (16) to selectively securely engage and release the self-fixating tip (58).
