The present invention provides a composition of sugar cane element and an application thereof, which is characterized in that the composition of sugar cane element includes sucralose, neotame, acesulfame K, sucrose, glycine and maltodextrin that are mixed, wherein the weight percentage of sucralose in the composition is 0.36% to 0.38%; the weight percentage of neotame in the composition is 0.27% to 0.29%; the weight percentage of acesulfame K in the composition is 0.7% to 0.76%; the weight percentage of sucrose in the composition is 92.5% to 94%; the weight percentage of glycine in the composition is 4% to 5%; and the weight percentage of maltodextrin in the composition is 0.5% to 0.6%. The sugar cane element made of the composition with the above weigh percentages can be applied to various kinds of drinks. As such, the sugar cane element can reduce or replace usage of sugar substitute, while keeping the same taste, so as to reduce cost of using granulated sugar. The sugar cane element has practical efficacies and addition value of high sweetness, low calorie and low cost.本發明係提供一種甜蔗素之組成物及其應用,其特點在於所述甜蔗素之組成物係包括蔗糖素(Sucralose)、紐甜(Neotame)、醋磺內酯鉀(Acesulfame K)、蔗糖(Sucrose)、甘胺酸(Glycine)以及麥芽糊精(Maltodextrin)所混合組成;其中該組成物的蔗糖素佔整體重量之配比係為0.36%至0.38%;紐甜佔整體重量之配比係為0.27%至0.29%;醋磺內酯鉀佔整體重量之配比係為0.7%至0.76%;蔗糖佔整體重量之配比係為92.5%至94%;其中該甘胺酸佔整體重量之配比係為4%至5%;其中該麥芽糊精佔整體重量之配比係為0.5%至0.6%;且藉由此組成物之配比關係所混合組成的甜蔗素,係能夠應用於各式飲料產品;藉此,俾可利用該甜蔗素以降低或取代糖的用量,且同時能夠保有相同的口感,藉以能夠降低砂糖使用成本,且該甜蔗素並兼具高甜度、低熱量、價格低廉等諸多產業實用效益及產品附加價值。
