An ophthalmic laser device containing components for providing a first pulsed laser beam (140), the properties of which are selected for ablation of the corneal material, and to provide a second pulsed laser beam (290), the properties of which are selected to perform an incision in the eye tissue, these components include individual source lasers (110, 130) for generating two laser beams and optical elements directing each laser beam along a separate trajectory to the place of its extraction and focusing pointers these beams at a focal point located outside their places of extraction, characterized in that the optical elements include a fiber (250), which serves to direct the second laser beam (290), with at least two source laser (110, 130) located a common housing (340), and a light guide is inserted into said housing at least for a portion of its length. A laser device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first laser source (110) is an excimer laser, and the second laser source (130) is a fiber laser. A laser device according to claim 1, characterized in that the second laser source (130) is located in the housing (340) under the first laser source (110), and the light guide (250) extends inside the housing upward from the second laser source, with a transverse offset relative to the first source laser. 4.
