PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material which prevents delamination between a barrier layer and a heat seal layer.SOLUTION: A packaging material 110 is formed by sequentially laminating at least a substrate layer 112, a barrier layer 114 having gas barrier properties, and a heat seal layer 116 arranged as the innermost layer and comprising a heat-adhesive resin. The heat seal layer 116 includes a layer comprising a cyclic olefin copolymer. An adhesive layer 115 bonding the barrier layer 114 and the heat seal layer 116 comprises an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer arranged on the barrier layer 114 side and a linear low-density polyethylene arranged on the heat seal layer 116 side.
