A structure of a bioreactor tank suitable for agricultural places and a manufacturing method and an installation method are disclosed. The disclosed tank comprises a hollow tube, a hollow tube base, and a sleeve and top cover. The hollow tube is a part of the tank and includes an inner lining. The hollow tube base is a reactor tank base installed below the ground, on the ground or on the floor at different positions. The sleeve and top cover is used for the upright hollow tube and sleevingly welded on the top end of it. The hollow tube, the base, and the pipe sleeve and top cover are utilized to construct a tank structure of a tower-type pneumatic bioreactor. The present invention enables the restriction to the conventional tower-type pneumatic bioreactors to be solved, which are difficult to be applied in agriculture or environmental hygiene places. Further, the present invention is featured in having a larger tank slenderness ratio (tank height H/diameter D), a high oxygen-dissolving efficiency and a low energy consumption as air is fed from the bottom end of the tank.
