The filling injection method for the non-fried sesame rice puff comprise the following steps: inserting a filling injection pipe and a gas guidance pipe, wherein a hollow filling injection pipe and a hollow gas guidance pipe are inserted to different portions of a non-fried sesame rice puff below 35 DEG C; injecting filling, wherein filling is flowed into the non-fried sesame rice puff via the filling injection pipe to form a filling-containing non-fried sesame rice puff; and completing filling injection, wherein the filling injection pipe and the gas guidance pipe are removed from the filling-containing non-fried sesame rice puff.一種非油炸米粩之注餡方法,包含下列步驟:(1)插入注料管與導氣管;(2)注入餡料;(3)結束注料;藉此產生餡料包覆於非油炸米粩內且不會破壞食品內部結構的含餡非油炸米粩。
