The present disclosure relates to cosmetic compositions comprising an organosilane (A) having the formula:(R1)n(R2O)(3−n)SiR3O(CH2CH2O)a(C3H6O)bR4 where n is 1, 2, or 3,a≧1, b may vary from 0 to 30, with the proviso a≧b,R1 is a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 12 carbon atoms,R2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms,R3 is a divalent hydrocarbon group containing 2 to 12 carbon atoms,R4 is hydrogen, R1, or an acetyl groupand a cosmetic ingredient (B), and optionally in a cosmetically acceptable medium.
