The present disclosure provides an applicator (10) for use in tissue treatment, a method and a kit using the same. The applicator (10) comprises (i) a first chamber (12) for holding whole blood (14), (ii) a second chamber (16) for holding a coagulation initiator (18), and (iii) a dispensing element (28) configured for concomitantly receiving, upon actuating the applicator, a volume of whole blood (14) from said first chamber and a volume of coagulation initiator (18) from said second chamber and dispensing the two together onto a tissue in need of treatment.
