The present invention relates to an eye drop composition for preventing and treating an eye disease. In an ophthalmic composition, as an oil surface region, mineral oil consisting of a hydrocarbon compound having 40 or less carbons is included therein, and as a water surface region, hyaluronic acid or an aqueous solution of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and a surfactant are included therein. Here, even when two components having different properties are mixed, a layer is not separated and stable. As compared to an eye drop in which a conventional hyaluronic acid is a main ingredient, a tear film is stabilized due to lipid layer reinforcement, and an effect of suppressing inflammation increased by corneal wounds is confirmed.
