More specifically, provided is a powdery fat or oil-containing adhesive composition containing a fat or oil component comprising an XXX-type triglyceride, wherein at least a part of the fat or oil component comprises a β-type fat or oil, particles of the powdery fat or oil-containing adhesive composition are in a tabular shape, and the loose bulk density of the powdery fat or oil-containing adhesive composition is 0.05-0.6 g/cm3.
