The subject invention provides therapeutic compositions, and uses thereof for the treatment or amelioration of symptoms of a disease selected from the group consisting of: Ebola virus infection, HIV infection, ataxia, environmental enteropathy, cancer, hangover, inflammatory disease, and porcine epidemic diarrhea.
