The present invention relates to preparation of metal nano template having dosing function. Because of the severe humid condition of Taiwan due to being surrounded by sea, traditional surgeries must be performed with a large amount of antibiotics, resulting in excessive antibiotics inside human body that cannot be properly discharged.
