The present invention relates to a Co-Cr-based dental alloy having a high strength and an appropriate elongation as well as excellent machinability, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and aesthetics that can ensure excellent oxidation resistance. According to the present invention, a Co-Cr dental alloy having excellent machinability, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and aesthetics according to the present invention comprises 22 to 29 wt% of Cr, 2 to 6.5 wt% of Al, 0.05 to 1.5 wt% of Y %, Si: 1 to 3 wt%, and the balance Co, and may further comprise 1 to 9 wt% of Mo.본 발명은 고 강도를 가지면서도 적정 연신율을 가짐과 더불어, 우수한 내산화성을 확보할 수 있는 절삭 가공성, 내산화성, 내식성 및 심미성이 우수한 Co-Cr계 치과용 합금에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 절삭 가공성, 내산화성, 내식성 및 심미성이 우수한 Co-Cr계 치과용 합금은 Cr : 22 ~ 29 중량%, Al : 2 ~ 6.5 중량%, Y : 0.05 ~ 1.5 중량%, Si : 1 ~ 3 중량% 및 나머지 Co로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, Mo : 1 ~ 9 중량%를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
