The present invention relates to a Co-Cr dental alloy having high strength and suitable elongation as well as excellent machinability, oxidation resistance and aesthetics that can ensure excellent oxidation resistance. The Co-Cr dental alloy according to the present invention is excellent in cutting workability, oxidation resistance and aesthetics. The Co-Cr dental alloy has 22-29 wt% of Cr, 2-6.5 wt% of Al, 0.05-1.5 wt% of Y, By weight and the balance Co.고강도를 가지면서도 적정 연신율을 가짐과 더불어, 우수한 내산화성을 확보할 수 있는 절삭 가공성, 내산화성 및 심미성이 우수한 Co-Cr계 치과용 합금에 대하여 개시한다.본 발명에 따른 절삭 가공성, 내산화성 및 심미성이 우수한 Co-Cr계 치과용 합금은 Cr : 22 ~ 29 중량%, Al : 2 ~ 6.5 중량%, Y : 0.05 ~ 1.5 중량%, Si : 1 ~ 3 중량% 및 나머지 Co로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
