More specifically, the apparatus for changing lying positions comprises: a body part including a curved support part supporting body and an extension part evenly extended from one end of the support part and a fixation part fixating the body onto the body part as one end thereof is connected to some portions of the extension part on the opposite side of a boundary of the extension part and the support part while the other end is connected to some portions of the support part on the opposite side of the boundary of the extension part and the support part.
