The present invention relates to a backrest in order for the elderly or patients living in a lying position to be comfortably leaning. The backrest is manufactured to the simple structure, maintains the balance, and prevents from being pushed rearwards. When the elderly or the patients in which cannot freely walk sit in a laying state, it is inconvenient because a backrest chair can be pushed from the rear side by repeatedly moving a body with other&rsquos help so that a backrest chair in which armrests are formed at left and right side of the chair without a seating unit is provided. However, the backrest chair cannot be easily used for the elderly or patients in which body types are different and the chair is easily prevented to be pushed rearwards in a seating position. It causes a problem in which users are easily hurt. The present invention comprises the backrest and a member connected to the backrest for preventing it from being pushed rearwards. The member is formed to be supported on the bottom surface. If the backrest supports the elderly or the patients from the rear side and the member is extended to the rear side of the backrest in a state in which the elderly or the patients lean against the backrest. The weight of the elderly or the patients is supported.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 누워서 생활하는 노약자나 환자가 앉은 상태로 편하게 기댈 수 있도록 한 등받이에 관한 것으로, 특히 간단한 구조로 제작되면서도 좌,우균형유지와 후방으로 밀림을 방지토록 한 것이다.종래에는 거동이 불편한 환자나 노약자가 누운 상태에서 앉을 경우 타인의 도움을 받아 불편한 몸을 여러번 움직여 등받이의자를 뒤에서 밀어넣어 앉을 수 있도록 되었으나 노약자 및 환자뿐만이 아니라 이를 돕는 타인까지도 상당히 힘이들고 불편하였으며, 이를 개선하여 좌판이 없고 등받이와 좌,우측에 팔걸이가 형성된 등받이의자가 제공되었다.그러나 이러한 등받이의자는 체형이 각각인 환자 및 노약자가 쉽게 사용할 수 없었으며 앉은 상태서도 쉽게 뒤로 밀림이 방지되어 사용자가 다치게 되는 문제를 초래하게 되었다.따라서 본 발명에서는 등받이와 등받이와 연결되는 후방밀림 방지요소를 구비하여 후방밀림 방지요소가 바닥면에 지지되도록 함으로서 등받이만은 노약자나 환자들의 뒤에서 대주기만하면 노약자나 환자들이 등을 기댄 상태에서 후방밀림 방지요소가 등받이의 후방으로 연장되어여 노약자나 환자들의 체중을 받쳐주게 되면서 앉아 있도록 한 것이다.
