The present invention relates to a dental implant structure and an abutment and, more specifically, to a dental implant structure including a fixture inserted into alveolar bone while rotating around a central axis to play a role of an artificial dental root and the abutment coupled to the fixture to support an upper prosthetic appliance and forming a coupling screw insertion hole therein extended from an upper end to a lower end. The fixture includes: a taper unit arranging a central groove extended therein from an upper center to a lower side to insert the abutment thereinto, and including a taper unit having a diameter reduced as going to a lower side, a first rotation preventing unit arranged under the taper unit and a first cylindrical unit with a cylinder shape arranged under the first rotation preventing unit in the central groove.
