According to the present invention, a through hole is formed to vertically pass through the inside of a support body in which a cooling pipe body, first and second pipes through which refrigerant flows and is discharged, and a third pipe discharging condensed water in the cooling pipe body are installed. The first, second, and third pipes are inserted into the through hole, and a fixing means is filled to conveniently and easily install and fixate the first, second, and third pipes.
