PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external use composition for ultrasonic therapeutic device, which has excellent ultrasonic transfer efficiency, can be inexpensively produced, and ensures safety, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: An external use composition for ultrasonic therapeutic device includes water-soluble polysaccharide, water-soluble polyhydric alcohol, vasodilator, and water.
