A patient interface to provide breathable gas to a patient, the patient interface comprising: a seal-forming structure and a plenum chamber formed in one piece, the seal-forming structure being constructed and arranged to form a seal against the patient’s face surrounding both nares and without entering the nares, the seal-forming structure being configured to seal around an inferior periphery of the patient’s nose and below the bridge of the nose, and the plenum chamber including a plenum connection region； and a frame comprising a frame connection region and a headgear connection region； wherein the frame connection region is configured for attachment to the plenum chamber at the plenum connection region, and wherein the plenum connection region of the plenum chamber further comprises a sealing lip that is adapted to form a pneumatic seal between the plenum connection region and the frame connection region. The configuration of the seal forming structure reduces interference with bridge of wearer’s nose and eye-glasses.
