More specifically, the method comprises: a herb-infused water producing step of mixing and heating herbs and purified water； a concentrating step of concentrating herb-infused water produced through the herb-infused water producing step； a herb-infused water coating step of coating the surface of rice with the concentrated herb-infused water； a herb powder coating step of coating the rice coated with the herb-infused water with herb powder； and a drying step of drying the rice coated with the herb powder through the herb powder coating step.
