The present invention relates to a napa cabbage harvest apparatus with a gripping posture correction function. According to the present invention, a napa cabbage harvest apparatus mounting a driving part (A), a harvesting part (B), and a working part (C) to harvest napa cabbage while travelling a farm comprises: a lower transfer part (300) including a pair of lower holding belts (310) installed in both sides to be rotated in parallel to each other； and a upper transfer part (400) including a pair of upper holding belts (410) installed in both sides to be rotated in parallel to each other at a predetermined height upwardly from the lower transfer part (300).
