PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of identifying bioactive compounds, where potential bioactive compounds from herbs can be identified by regrouping after chromatography.SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: selecting herbs with reports of therapeutic effects according to previous experience； extracting compounds by boiling or chemical methods； and separating compounds with the chromatography.
