The invention relates to an adjustable wheelchair comprising: -a carriage； -two rear wheels； -at least one front wheel； -at least one footrest； -a sub-frame； -a seat； and -a backrest； wherein the two rear wheels, the at least one front wheel and the at least one footrest are mounted to the carriage, such that in use the footrest is provided at a non-adjustable height level above ground, wherein the seat and the backrest are mounted to the sub-frame, wherein the sub-frame can be mounted to the carriage in a first and second mounting position relative to the carriage, wherein in the second mounting position the vertical distance of the seat with respect to the at least one footrest and the horizontal distance of the backrest with respect to the at least one footrest are larger than in the first mounting position.Cette invention concerne un fauteuil roulant réglable comprenant : - un chariot ； - deux roues arrière ； - au moins une roue avant ； - au moins un repose-pied ； - un cadre inférieur ； - une assise ； et - un dossier. L'assise et le dossier sont montés sur le cadre inférieur, celui-ci pouvant être monté sur le chariot selon une première position ou une seconde position par rapport au chariot ； dans la seconde position de montage, la distance verticale de l'assise par rapport au repose-pied et la distance horizontale du dossier par rapport au repose-pied est plus grande que dans la première position.
