PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter capable of avoiding a chemical scattering device from being an obstacle when a seedling placement base is brought into a storage state.SOLUTION: A seedling placement base 22 may change a state between a work state where a main seedling base 42 and a subsidiary seedling base 41 are connected side by side in a right/left direction, a storage state D2 where the subsidiary seedling base 41 is separated from the main seedling base 42 and a right/left width is reduced compared to the work state. A chemical scattering device A1 on the subsidiary seedling base side may change a position from a use position corresponding to the work state to a retreat position E2 separated to a right/left center C side of the seedling placement base 22 from the use position corresponding to the work state compared to the use position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
