PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus of fish paste dough is provided to accurately perform the cutting work with a simple configuration.CONSTITUTION: A dough acceptance body(20) is formed with a discharge hole(255) in the bottom so that molded dough is ejected to the vertical downward. A linear dough cutting body(31) is installed to be extended to the horizontal direction in order to cut the dough. The cutting body frame(32) fixes the dough cutting body. Sliding guides(251,231252,232) guide the cutting body frame so that the dough cutting body proceeds in the right angle direction to the extended direction of the dough cutting body. A circular driving bar(34) is combined to the cutting body frame in order to proceed the cutting body frame by circling around a rotary shaft(341). A forward and backward drive(35) makes the circular driving bar swivel around the rotary shaft at a predetermined angle so that the dough cutting body moves forward and backward. The other end of the circular driving bar is formed with an elongated groove(343) in the longitudinal direction of the circular driving bar. The cutting body frame is formed with a hooking device(323), which is combined to the elongated groove so that the hooking device freely moves within the elongated groove to the longitudinal direction of the elongated groove. The cutting body frame is a square shape. The dough cutting body is fixed in order to connect two sides(321, 322) which face each other in a square shape.
