The present invention relates to triangular gimbap (laver rice rolls) mixed with pieces of seasoned radish, comprising a steamed rice body including pieces of seasoned radish, and laver disposed on the outer surface of the steamed rice body. The steamed rice body is prepared by mixing steamed rice and the pieces of seasoned radish which are prepared by cutting pickled radish, inserting the mixture into a triangular frame, and forming the mixture in a triangular shape. According to the present invention, a mixture material is formed by mixing the steamed rice and the pieces of seasoned radish which are formed by cutting the pickled radish into various shapes and figures, and is inserted into the triangular frame to be formed in the triangular steamed rice body. The triangular steamed rice body is wrapped in the laver, so the triangular gimbap is formed. Since the pieces of seasoned radish in various figures and shapes are seen during eating, the sense of aesthetic is provided.
