PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle holder which is easily gripped and easily operated by an operator.SOLUTION: The needle holder 1 includes: a needle holder body 2 comprising a pair of operation leg parts 6 and 7 which are connected at a proximal end part 9, to be formed in a chevron shape and resiliently accessible to and separable from each other and a clamping part 8 for clamping a suture needle for a surgery by sharp end parts 14 provided at the tapered distal end part of the respective operation leg parts 6 and 7 and curved in a direction mutually orthogonal to the axial direction and separating direction of the respective operation leg parts 6 and 7 and holding members 3, 4, and 5 mounted so as to be freely moved forward and backward on the proximal end part 9 of the body of the needle holder 1 body. For the holding members 3, 4 and 5, the plurality of holding members 3 and 4 which have angles formed with respect to the longitudinal axis of the body of the needle holder 1 body are mutually different, are freely interchangeable, and the plurality of holding members 3 and 5 which have lengths different from each other, are freely interchangeable.
