In addition, the control unit comprises: a muscular strength calculating module calculating muscular strength by body part according to the movement of the user; a balance calculating module calculating body balance of the user; and a result calculating module calculating the amount of exercise of the user according to operation of the health care device. Moreover, the health care device comprises: a fixed frame fixed to the bottom thereof; a sliding rail placed in the upper part of the fixed frame and having a fixed curvature; a load supporting board coupled to the sliding rail, capable of moving along the sliding rail, and capable of fixing the body of the user; an elastic body connected to the load supporting board and supplying elasticity to the movement of the load supporting board; and a gripping frame fixed to the fixed frame and capable of being gripped by the user.
