The cover side hooking part 6 is mounted on the side of the cover 3, and is urged to the engagement position where the cover side hooking part 6 engages with the box side hooking part 4. When the upper surface operation part 58 is pulled up or the side surface operation part 59 is pushed and pressed to the inside, the cover side hooking part 6 is released from the engagement position and is moved to the release position.
