The present invention relates to a system for navigating a heart surgery through the matching of an OCT image and a three-dimensional heart image. More specifically, the system comprises the following elements: an OCT photographing module which is inserted into the heart of a patient to photograph an OCT image; an image matching module to match the OCT image transmitted from the OCT photographing module and a three-dimensional heart image to acquire a matching image; and an output module to output the matching image acquired by the image matching module. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for navigating a heart surgery through the matching of an OCT image and a three-dimensional heart image. More specifically, the method includes the following steps: (1) matching an OCT image, which is transmitted from an OCT photographing module that is inserted into the heart of a patient to photograph the OCT image, and a three-dimensional image of the heart photographed before a surgery, and acquiring a matching image; and (2) outputting the matching image acquired in the step (1). According to the present invention, the system and method are capable of the following: matching the OCT image photographed by the OCT photographing module and the three-dimensional image of the heart photographed before the surgery to acquire and output the matching image; enabling a medical team to accurately identify an internal structure of the heart and the location of a lesion, which are varied, in real time during the surgery through the matching image where the high resolution OCT image is matched; and tracking the locations of surgical instruments through the matching image when various surgical instruments are inserted into the heart, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of the heart surgery.본 발명은 OCT 영상과 심장 삼차원 영상의 정합을 통한 심장 수술 내비게이션 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 심장 수술 내비게이션 시스템으로서, 환자의 심장에 삽입되어 OCT 영상을 촬영하는 OCT 촬영 모듈; 상기 OCT 촬영 모듈로부터 전달받은 OCT 영상과 수술 전 촬영한 심장의 삼차원 영상을
