PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which has fittability around the neck, consists of the small number of parts and is not bulky.SOLUTION: The cooling device to be disposed inside a collar of clothing includes an inner bag connected body 1 in which a plurality of inner bags 11 each containing a coolant 12 and connected portions 13 for connecting the adjacent inner bags are integrally formed.
