PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information on an anatomical feature region of a subject in an intraoperative ultrasonic image automatically and in real time, and guide an operation accurately.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic imaging device includes an image generation part for transmitting an ultrasonic wave to a subject, generating an ultrasonic 2D image from a reception signal of an ultrasonic probe for receiving the ultrasonic wave from the subject, and generating an ultrasonic 3D image by transmitting/receiving the ultrasonic wave a plurality of times, and an image processing device for processing the ultrasonic 2D image and the ultrasonic 3D image. The image processing device includes an ultrasonic 3D image feature region position estimation/identification part 22 for estimating/identifying a feature region of the subject from the ultrasonic 3D image acquired by an ultrasonic 3D image acquisition part 21, an ultrasonic 2D-3D image positioning part 25 for positioning the ultrasonic 2D image and the ultrasonic 3D image, and an image display part 26 for displaying information on the position, the name, and a distance relationship with the ultrasonic 2D image of the feature region on a real time ultrasonic 2D image using the acquired position information on the feature region and the positioning result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】術中超音波画像に、被検体の解剖学的な特徴部位の情報を自動的かつリアルタイムに表示し、手術を正確にガイドする。【解決手段】超音波撮像装置は、被検体に超音波を送信し、被検体からの超音波を受信する超音波探触子の受信信号から超音波２Ｄ画像を生成し、複数回超音波の送受信により超音波３Ｄ画像を生成する画像生成部と、超音波２Ｄ画像と超音波３Ｄ画像を処理する画像処理装置とを備え、画像処理装置は、超音波３Ｄ画像取得部２１で取得した超音波３Ｄ画像から被検体の特徴部位を推定・識別する超音波３Ｄ画像の特徴部位位置推定・識別部２２と、超音波２Ｄ画像と超音波３Ｄ画像との位置合わせを行う超音波２Ｄ－３Ｄ画像位置合わせ部２５と、得られた特徴部位の位置情報と位置合わせ結果を用いて、リアルタイムの超音波２Ｄ画像上に、特徴部位の位置、名称、および超音波２Ｄ画像との距離関係の情報を表示する画像表示部２６を有する。【選択図】図３
