PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric material having a superior piezoelectric property, a piezoelectric composition including such a piezoelectric material, an ultrasonic transducer, and an ultrasonic imaging device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transducer 100 comprises: a backing layer 110 a flexible printed board 120 a piezoelectric composition 130 channels 140 and 141 a filler 150 an acoustic matching layer 160 an acoustic lens 170 and an adhesive layer 180. The piezoelectric composition 130 consists of a piezoelectric material expressed by the general formula DTX3. In the general formula, D represents Eu or Yb, T represents Cr or Cu, X represents Ga or Sn.
