The object of the present invention is the application of a combination of the chloride of ether of 2 - [hydroxy - 2 - 3 - (trimethylammonio) propoxy] ethyl cellulose and of at least one amino acid selected from arginine, lysine, histidine, or at least one of the salts of these amino acids in a powder of blond coloration for the reduction of the damage brought to the keratin fibers by a treatment blondissant by oxidation.
