The present invention provides an interspinous spacer for spine, which is applied for treatment of spinal disease, and provides the patient with spinal decompression effect to improve the low back pain and spine degradation syndrome. The present invention mainly comprises a support portion, and one end edge of the support portion is extended to form two wing portions. The two wing portions are respectively formed with a penetration portion, and a first abut portion is formed between two wing portions. The other end edge of the support portion opposite to the first abut portion is formed with a second abut portion. During surgery, the interspinous spacer for spine is disposed between the spinous processes of two vertebrae, and the two abut portions are respectively abutted against one end edge of the spinous processes, such that two spinous processes can obtain a supporting force. Accordingly, the present invention can provide two vertebrae with a supporting force to improve the uncomfortable feeling of intervertebral disc or nerve at the affected part.
