PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition that includes an extract containing chiefly a low-molecular weight peptide made to separate from soybean tofu refuse, and to provide a method for manufacturing a low-molecular weight peptide extract.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a low-molecular weight peptide extract, includes a step of extracting a soybean tofu refuse, a step of heat-treating it after filtration, and a step of centrifuging the resulting material.
