PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive polymer conductor and a substrate, capable of enhancing conductivity and suppressing detachment of a conductive polymer, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: An electroconductive polymer conductor 10 is one in which a conductive polymer 12 adheres to a substrate 11. The substrate 11 has a base member 11A and a fixation layer 11B formed on the base member 11A and containing sericin. Example of the conductive polymer 12 includes preferably poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene. By forming the fixation layer 11B containing sericin, adhesiveness between the substrate 11 and the conductive polymer 12 can be enhanced even though the base member 11A is constituted by any material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】導電性を向上させることができると共に、導電性高分子の剥離を抑制することができる導電性高分子導電体、基材、及び、それらの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】導電性高分子導電体10は、基材11に導電性高分子12が付着されたものである。基材11は、基礎部材11Aと、この基礎部材11Aに形成されたセリシンを含む定着層11Bとを有している。導電性高分子12としては、例えば、ポリ3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェンが好ましく挙げられる。セリシンを含む定着層11Bを形成することにより、基礎部材11Aをどのような材料により構成しても、基材11と導電性高分子12との密着性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
