The present invention relates to a surgical cutting and stapling instrument including an elongate channel which is attached to a rod assembly by an elongate shaft assembly. the elongate channel is configured to receive the cartridge and has a pivotably transportable anvil attached thereto and a knife bar supported thereon. The anvil can be selectively opened and closed by manipulating a closing trigger supported by the stem assembly. the knife bar can be distally advanced through the elongated channel by the actuation of the actuation trigger that cooperates with the reversible swivel advisor supported by the shank assembly. The knife bar can also be retracted to its initial position by actuating the trigger trigger after the reversible swivel orientation has been deflected to the retraction orientation.incisão cirúrgica guiada manualmente e instrumento de fixação. a presente invenção refere-se a um instrumento de corte e grampeamento cirúrgico que inclui um canal alongado que á fixado a um conjunto de haste por um conjunto de eixo alongado. o canal alongado é configurado para receber o cartucho e apresenta uma bigorna pivotavelmente transportável fixada ao mesmo e uma barra de faca suportada no mesmo. a bigorna pode ser seletivamente aberta e fechada ao se manipular um gatilho de fechamento suportado pelo conjunto de haste. a barra de faca pode ser distalmente avançada através do canal alongado pelo acionamento do gatilho de acionamento que coopera com o orientador giratório reversível suportado pelo conjunto de haste. a barra de faca pode também ser retraída para a sua posição inicial ao se acionar o gatilho de acionamento após a orientação giratória reversível ter sido desviada para a orientação de retração.
