The present invention relates to a needle-free port having an air vent filter. When a medicinal fluid is fed by using a syringe in an ampoule or a vial, an air vent filter is introduced to prevent unavoidably fed air from being fed in vivo. Moreover, a foreign material such as glass or a rubber piece, specifically, a fine foreign material which is difficult to be identified by a naked eye, is not additionally fed in vivo through the air vent filter. Furthermore, a medicinal fluid can be fed by using a needle-free syringe which does not require a syringe needle, so a danger of infection caused by a syringe needle may be removed. Also, an overall compact structure thereof may be ensured. When a sap or the like is administrated, a remaining amount thereof after the administration of other heterogeneous medicines is minimized, so a problem caused by mixed administration may be minimized.
