PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure drinking water for a new resident after completing the move to enable starting daily life immediately without wasting water resources, for example, residual water in water supplying pipes or indoor water supplying pipes thrown away by the resident, and without requiring the operation in which all water faucets in a house are opened once and closed again when the resident moves into the house.SOLUTION: A drinking water bottle 1 filled with water filtrated by an osmosis membrane to remove contamination and a server 2 for supplying water from the drinking water bottle 1 are installed in a house into which a new resident moves before 3 days up to the current day by receiving the information from landlords who manage houses for rent, such as houses to let, apartments or condominium buildings, maintenance staffs, management companies, or real-estate agencies.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】新たな居住者が入居する場合に、新たな居住者が給水管水道配管内や屋内水道配管内の水を流して捨てることによる、水資源を無駄に消費する問題をなくし、一旦各水栓を全て開放した後に再び各水栓を閉じる作業を不要とし、引越し作業を完了した入居者が飲料水を確保して、直ちに通常の生活を始めることを可能にすることにある。【解決手段】貸家、アパート、マンションなど賃貸用の住居を管理している大家、管理人若しくは管理会社又は不動産業者からの情報提供を受け、新たな居住者が入居する3日前から当日までに、新たな居住者が入居する住居に、逆浸透膜で濾過して雑菌を取り除いた水を詰めたボトル1及びボトル1の水を給水するサーバ2を設置する。【選択図】図1
