A surgical cassette with brackets, comprising: a cassette body functionally supporting a plurality of surgical brackets, said cassette body having a proximal end, a distal end and a panel extending between them； means of measurement on the indicated panel for determining the size of the fabric placed on it. 2. The surgical cassette with brackets according to claim 1, wherein said measuring means comprises at least one series of marks of a measuring scale on said panel. 3. The surgical cassette with brackets according to claim 2, wherein said panel has first and second side edges, and wherein said at least one series of marks of a measurement scale comprises: a first series of marks of a graduated measurement scale on said panel adjacent to said first side edge； and the second series of marks of the graduated measurement scale on the indicated panel adjacent to its second lateral edge of the surface. 4. The surgical cassette with brackets according to claim 2, wherein at least one of the indicated series of marks of the measurement scale comprises a series of marks separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The surgical cassette with brackets according to claim 4, wherein said panel has a first color, and wherein each indicated mark has a color that differs from said first color.
