The object of the invention is to provide an improved oral medicament which can be administered in one or more daily doses, with modified release of active principle (in particular an active principle) making it possible to improve the prophylactic and therapeutic efficacy of such a drug. This object is achieved by the multimicrocapsular oral dosage form according to the invention in which the release of the AP is governed by a double mechanism for triggering the release: "triggering time" and "triggering pH".
