PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device for attaching a container body by which the number of times of discharge operation can be visually recognized.SOLUTION: A pump device includes: a device main body 2 having a cylinder 4 an attaching member 32 having an attachment cylinder part 34 for attachment to a neck part 102 of a container body an actuation member 50 having a press-down head 70 arranged on an upper part of a stem 54, which is upwardly biased and is inserted so as to ascend and descend freely in the cylinder and counter means of press-down operation which is formed of rotation means R which converts press-down force to the actuation member 50 into rotation force of the press-down head 70 and rotation amount display means M which displays a rotation amount of the press-down head 70. The rotation means is formed of a plurality of first engagement projected parts 28 arranged on an upper surface side of an outward flange part F extending from an outer surface of the device main body 2 and having an upper surface as a lower side engagement inclined surface S1, a plurality of second engagement projected parts 38 which are arranged on an upper part inner surface of a guide cylinder part 36 and having a lower surface as an upper side engagement inclined surface S2 and a projection to be engaged 78 arranged on a lower outer surface of the press-down head.
