[Problem] To provide a gene therapy composition that stimulates apoptotic activity in cancer cells by the transfection into the cancer cells of an apoptosis-inducing gene comprising a combination of a plurality of genes, a liposome vector for transfecting the gene therapy composition into cancer cells, and a method of forming the liposome vector. [Solution] This gene therapy composition is for the prevention and/or treatment of cancer and the antitumor genes thereof comprise an apoptosis-inducing gene.
