PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort device for securely recovering only the drain generated from condensation of steam for heating used for heat sterilization of a treated object, and reusing the collected drain.SOLUTION: A draining circuit 28 is disposed on the upstream side of a drain recovery circuit 26.
