PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing device, method and program for assisting the task of apprehending symptoms of chronic illnesses from medical information and inspection data of a subject patient.SOLUTION: A plurality of drug administration contents are acquired that associate information specifying a drug administered to the subject patient, the quantity of the drug, and the administration day of the drug with each other. On the basis of the plurality of acquired drug administration contents, an administration period having at least a predetermined period is identified from among the drug administration periods considered to be common to both the information specifying the drug and the quantity of the drug. The identified administration period is specified as a period common to the drug administration contents. Within the specified period common to the drug administration contents, a period excluding an initial or final predetermined period of time is determined as a stable drug administration period Tc.【課題】診療情報処理装置および方法並びにプログラムにおいて、対象患者の検査データや診療情報から慢性的な疾患の症状を把握するための作業を支援する。【解決手段】対象患者に投薬された薬剤を特定する情報と、薬剤量と、薬剤の投薬日とを互いに対応付けた投薬内容を複数取得し、取得した複数の投薬内容に基づいて、薬剤を特定する情報と薬剤量の双方が共通するとみなせる薬剤の投薬期間のうち所定期間以上の期間を有する投薬期間を識別し、識別された投薬期間を投薬内容共通期間として特定し、特定された投薬内容共通期間のうち、初期または終期の一定期間を除いた期間を安定投薬期間Ｔｃとして決定する。【選択図】図３
