The present invention relates to a manual spine treatment apparatus, and more specifically, to a manual spine treatment apparatus which can correct the spine by setting a rotational angle rotating in the horizontal direction based on a horizontal shaft in a headrest and a lower body support by means of an adjusting lever according to a spinal state of a user, and by twisting the head and legs in left and right directions, and which fixes the spine to be inclined by setting a left and right inclination to tow the spine for correction. The manual spine treatment apparatus devised for attaining the technical objective comprises: a fixing support； a headrest which has a horizontal rotor on one side of an upper part in the fixing support, and rotates in left and right directions； a lower body support which has a horizontal rotor on the other side of the upper part in the fixing support, and rotates in left and right directions； and an adjusting lever which is provided in a side of the headrest and the lower body support and adjusts a rotational angle in left and right directions and inclinations of the headrest and the lower body support. By the adjusting lever, the present invention manually rotates the headrest and the lower body support to a set angle or fixes the same to be inclined and tows the same.본 발명은 수동 척추 치료기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사용자의 척추 상태에 따라 조절레버로 머리받침대와 하체받침대의 수평축을 기준으로 좌우로 회전하는 회전각을 설정하여 머리와 다리를 좌우로 비틀어 척추를 교정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 좌우 기울기를 설정하여 기울어지게 고정한 후 견인하여 교정할 수 있는 수동 척추 치료기에 관한 것이다. 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위해 안출된 본 발명에 따른 수동 척추 치료기는 고정받침대, 상기 고정받침대의 상부 일측에 수평회전체가 구비되어 좌우로 회전하는 머리받침대, 상기 고정받침대의 상부 타측에 수평회전체가 구비되어 좌우로 회전하는 하체받침대 및 상기 머리받침대와 상기 하체받침대의 측면에 구비되고 상기 머리받침대와 상기 하체받침대의 좌우 회전각과 기울기를 조절하는 조절레버가 포함되어 상기 조절레버에 의해 상기 머리받침대와 상기 하체받침대를 수동으로 설정된 각도까지 좌우 회전시키거나 기울어지게 고정한 후 견인되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
