PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cartridge type syringe in which content liquid can be sucked from an outside while making it possible to filling and substituting the content liquid and air can be efficiently removed during injection.SOLUTION: The cartridge type syringe has a cartridge having a syringe and a piston member, a mount tool 20 for mounting the cartridge, and a plunger 30 capable of pushing the piston through the mount. The rear end part of the piston and the distal end part of the plunger are formed in a fitting shape capable of attaching and detaching each other.
